Interim Use Permit Request Temporary Asphalt Plant

The applicants are requesting an interim use permit (IUP) to locate a temporary asphalt mixing facility within an existing gravel pit. The applicant is requesting the permit for the asphalt plant be valid until December 31, 2016. This request is in accordance with Sections 4.18, 6.15 and 9.2.6A of Stearns County Land Use and Zoning Ordinance #439.
